Alkiviadis is Construction & Project Manager in “Prothesis Architecture & Civil Engineering” office working for more than a decade on various residential and public buildings. He has partnered with Sintecno SA and he is responsible for the definition of repair and construction materials of the projects and the site-facing inspection for assessment of projects.
He has published 12 scientific studies concerning strength of materials, corrosion of steel bars, structural integrity and mechanical behaviour. Participated in many scientific conferences and Research Programs such as Rusteel – European Research Program.

Architect with experience in architectural design, restoration and sustainability. Member of ARB and TCG, with a Master of Architecture in Urban Design (MArch) at the Bartlett School of Architecture, in London, and a combined Master of Architectural Engineering (MEng) in Patras, Greece. More than 5 years of relevant experience within and outside the UK.
Worked in WSP in London (early 2019-mid 2020), as a Consultant working on various projects, including large scale residential and commercial projects.
Worked both for “DOMÉS”, International Review of Architecture (2014), and “Georgios Panetsos, Alkestis Rodi & Associates” Architectural Office in Athens (2015), as an Intern Architectural Student.
Scholarship for Postgraduate Studies in UCL for the academic year 2017-18, The Lilian Voudouri Foundation. He received his Bachelor and Master in Architecture Engineering from University of Patras with Distinction (2016) and his Master of Architecture in Urban Design from University College London-Bartlett, London, UK. He was awarded the Computation Design Prize, B-Pro Show 2018 & 1st Class Honours, Distinction.

Building Renovation & Restoration Engineer and Interior Designer, graduated from the University of Peloponnese. She specialises in the interior design and renovation of building structures, focusing on the functional and aesthetic enhancement of spaces. At Prothesis, she has contributed to various projects involving the restoration of neoclassical buildings and the redesign of contemporary residences, ensuring the seamless integration of modern design elements with the existing architectural context.

Architect DiplArch, MArch, MAUD

Nikos received his Bachelor and Master of Architecture Engineering from University of Patras (2016) and his Master in Architecture and Urban Design from University of Patras (2018) with Distinction. He presented his Master Thesis about the city of Marseille during a daily workshop for the students of Yale School of Architecture in Athens headed by Elia Zenghelis (Advanced Design Studio – Fall 2017).
Nikos worked both for “DOMÉS”, International Review of Architecture, and “Georgios Panetsos, Alkestis Rodi & Associates” Architectural Office in Athens, as an Intern Architectural Student. In the following years, he collaborated with “Prothesis” Architectural & Technical Office and “Potiropoulos + Partners”, working on the design of residential, commercial, and renovation projects, and gaining experience in all stages of design, from concept to completion. In 2020, Nikos joined “Decathlon Project Planning & Engineering Consultants S.A.” as a project architect, working on large-scale urban projects with an emphasis on strategic development and integrated design solutions. Since 2025, Nikos has been part of the “Potiropoulos + Partners” team, currently working as Associate Director of the firm. Nikos continues to collaborate as an external partner with “Prothesis” Architectural & Technical Office.
